Annapurna circuit trek offers the world famous journeys in the river valleys of Marsyangdi and Kali Gandaki with the world biggest pass Thorung La (5416 m) Pass. The round trip begins in Bhulbhule (840 m) after 7 hours bus trip from Kathmandu. The trail is 211 km (131 miles) long offers 15 days strenuous hiking which linked the two valleys. The route is interesting not only by the Trans-Himalaya settlements and panoramic views of Manaslu (8163 m), Annapurna I (8091 m) and Dhaulagiri (8167 m) but also by the deep gorge Kali Gandaki Gorge (6967m) and the hot spring pool (40° Celsius) at Tatopani (1190 m) fascinated. Friendly Bhotia people, Buddhist culture, and diverse landscapes are remarkable. The best hiking season offers September to November and March to May.
