The trek starts after short drive from Pokhara. For first few days trail winds up through picturesque villages, terraced fields and lush forests. As we climb high, vegetations thin out, plants life becoming sparser, the terrain becomes more rugged, and finally the world of snow and ice unfold in front of us. After experiencing heart melting mountain scenery from base camp, trial retrace back along the deep Modi Khola valley.
