You ppl made me feel like, Nepal ma janminu nai 1ta shrappp ho. I really want to drag you ppl in the court. But what to do, this whole system is shit. I might loose six months of my life because i cant submit my documents in the institution in time. Thank you. i keep on calling that number almost 20-30 times pachi uthcha, and then again they are like " tapai ko document yaa chaina, i dont know anything, tapai le vaneko bujhina" and they hung up? Like wtf? I fucking paid you to be responsible for my documents, you are responsible for my documents.

All they tell is lie...very unprofessional people...they told courier will be delivered in 1 days....3days gone...yet not received my package.The employees are very unprofessional and all they tell is lie.

Oh my god !! It's very very #Bad and idot service of Nepal. .. please you people not send any things via this service ... Neither they receive the call nor they provide the courier in time ...

They don't pick up our phone on the time, neither they make call to their customer. Poor service Poor Response.
