Reviews of Classic Tech - Kathmandu

Worst internet and worst lazy team that i have ever seen in my entire life for Communication. Very Unprofessional. technical team from this department should be changed as their commitment towards to work and costumer satisfaction is Zero.

This is the worst internet service you could get. Eutai hapta ma 3 to 4 times net ko problem hunxa ani ghatau ghanta samma ni no net. Customer service tah jhan khatam , they donot want to listen to your problem they will just tell what they want to tell and that's it. I am not a kind of people who loves to review things but this time i could not help but write a review. I personally do not recommend this internet service.

They give the worst service.Its been 2days i have been complaining about their network but they haven't done anything about it.Every alternative day ma classictech ko network bigrincha.

I have used clasic tech for the past six months, I paid 1900 without tax for 512 kb; which is now upgraded to 1 mbps. So far my only problem with it is youtube vedio buffering. Where as vedios in other sites works fast. They have amazing customer support and the way they the staffs talk is very standard. The price, as i feel is still a little expensive, but its worth it because there is almost no system problems. And any problem is solved in almost half an hour. Over all I would recomend it. And hope it would not distroy its reputation like other ISPs by increasing number of customers than they can handle. Any ways would like to hear from any other user that are using clasic tech... Because I am want to subscribe it for 12 months now and i want to know whether this decision is right or wrong.
