1. Introduction:

Institute of Enterprise Development Pvt. Ltd. (IED) is established to be hub for technical and professional training deliver to build productive human resource for economic development of Nepal. It is established in 2012 AD with the company act in Surkhet district. Main Objectives of IED are to assist potential entrepreneurs for enterprise development, promotion, capacity building, career counseling as well as equip skill and knowledge for unemployed youths linking with gainful employment and meet the ever growing demand of skillful man power in Nepal and aboard.

1.1 Vision: IED will be familiar as the leading organization in enterprises development for marginalized and disadvantages youth of Nepal.

1.2 Mission: Develop self-depended, competence human resource and job creators.

1.3 Goal: Assist to Create and Develop Small enterprises to be self-employed.

1.4 Objectives: IED is established to meet following objectives:

• Provide skill, career and enterprise development training
• Support on business establishment, capacity building & Promote local enterprises
• Link among unemployed youths, employers, training institutes and donors for proper utilization of resources
• Deliver various types of construction related services from one service centre
• Facilitate to certify skill learnt from informal process through CTEVT/NSTB
• Research, survey and Evaluation of development programs
