The M.Optom optometrist clinic in kathmandu
Spending 10 hours a day staring at laptop screens was turning my eyes into two glowing red coals. I rolled into the clinic and asked for help. The M.Optom optometrist gave me a super comprehensive eye checkup and diagnosed me with "terminal screen fatigue." They hooked me up with Zeiss blue filter lens fitted into stylish acetate frames. Now I wear my blue cut glasses with pride, and my eyes don't feel like they are frying anymore. Highly recommend if your job involves staring at pixels all day.
