Our 1st outlet was established in Tinkune, Kathmandu on November 2015 by Mr. Suresh Pathak- a web designer by profession. After achieving 3 years experience in IT sector at MNC’s and social organization (Give Me Trees Trust-started as a hobby activity for planting trees by some students in 1977. India). One day while having a slice of pizza at Pizza Square, New Delhi he suddenly thought of creative and lunatic idea of resigning his IT job and starting a Pizza outlet in Nepal. He consulted with Mr. Prem Parivartan-founder of Give Me Trees Trust and shared his idea of opening pizza shop in Kathmandu, Nepal. He said OK Suresh; it’s a direct service to the public and your nation and Parivartan’s last word to him was, “wherever you go, whatever you start-never ever forget your responsibility towards trees & nature”. Exactly it is! We breathe because trees generate oxygen for us. So he was motivated by the environmentalist Mr. Prem Parivartan and had decided whatever business he starts; he will expend a certain percentage of income on environmental conservation. As he was a pizza freak\lover, he has decided to resign IT job and learn to make pizza. He learned it and finally came back to Kathmandu, Nepal in 2014. He started looking for a space to open 1st outlet and It took almost one year to research & find suitable venue. Our 1st outlet was established in Tinkune, Kathmandu on November 2015. Pizza Tree At has introduced its first square shape pizza at just Rs.100 (per slice) and after 3 months second outlet was established in Parsa, Chitwan (Central Region) by his elder brother Mr. Tarak Pathak. Outlet in Tinkune, Kathmandu has introduced its pizza amongst local costumers and a satisfactory result came out. There were many friends and lovers who helped us directly or indirectly to start Pizza Tree At. Few of them are (Mr. Aspu Adhikari, Mr. Navin Ghimire, Mr.Saroj Bhattrai, Mr. Paras Thapa and Miss Anuza Adhikari). They have contributed a lotta energy to built Pizza Tree At foundation. We continued selling healthy and hygienic pizza in Tinkue, Kathmandu outlet but our founder wants more and unique concept. One day when our founder visited small restaurants, café and marts around valley-he found there was no constant standard of pizzas in restaurants. Only beverages, bakery product and stick foods were found in cafes, though ready to eat pizza are available in the few marts. There was none unique meal\fast food like pizza are available in Coffee Shops. Then he started thinking of supplying ready to bake pizza to the restaurant and café so that they can serve unique and healthy fast food (Pizza) amongst their costumers in less time without hampering their kitchen staffs. After research, we have closed our outlet in Tinkune, Kathmandu and started its production\manufacturing unit in Aloknagar, Kathmandu. Now we have ten staff members and two board members (Founder-Mr. Suresh Pathak & Director-Ananda Rokka) Mr. Suresh Pathak- a web designer by profession and a production manager of Pizza Tree At, Mr. Ananda Rokka-a young energetic man with multi talent. He is a Nepal’s Government certified education counselor by profession, holds Post Graduation in Management and now a Director and a marketing manager of Pizza Tree At.
