Lohani & Brothers Pvt. Ltd. was started in 1985 as a sole private 'D' class company. At the beginning the company was engaged mainly in executing construction of water supply & Roadwork in the kingdom in 1989, it become 'C' Class. At The Beginning The company was engaged Mainly In executing Construction of water supply Bridgework many Building works in the kingdom in 1992 it become 'B' class.

Finally the dream came true in 2008 with the registration in 'A' class. After initiation this company started works in different work areas of civil engineering construction. To create a different image, apart from the general equipping it self in respect of qualified technical manpower and general plant and machine. projects situated in different parts of the country at a time, which were available competitions. Thus, from the very start, this company engaged itself in the construction of building, irrigation, water supply, bridge, Road and high-tension line etc. in general up to now the company is executing three to four diversified projects at a time and thus has been able to promote itself from class 'D' to class 'A' within this short period within the rules and regulation of Nepal Government criteria.

At present, with the facility of equipment and technical manpower available in the company it has started to work in greater magnitudinal civil construction projects and is concentrating in minimizing the regular idle periods arising in between getting such construction projects. This company still intends to upgrade in 'A' and acquire other constructional plants and manpower as and when necessary, thus to accommodate and prepare itself to execute any kind of civil engineering constructional work.

Lohani & Brothers Pvt. Ltd. is since its beginning is headed by Mr. Khopa Nidhi Lohani as a Managing Director, Mr.Shankar Prasad Lohani as Executive Director & Mr.Lekh Nidhi Lohani as Director.
