 Responsible for Managing the entire Inventory Management team and task.
 Using SAP (Business One) Software.
 Preparation of Monthly, Daily and quarterly reports as per the company standards.
 Tracking Production planning verses consumption pattern with wastage classification.
 Procurement coordination for purchase order.
 Conducting physical verification daily, monthly quarterly and yearly of stock as per the books of account and company standards.
 To prepare the all inter unit transfer and received of material reports.
 To prepare the daily materials received status reports.
 Tracking all the requisition slips submitted by production and other units.
 Non-moving and Slow-moving materials high lights and management as per materials nature and condition.
 To prepare of goods received note (GRN) as per company’s software or system.
 Following the LIFO FIFO rule for consuming materials.
 Classification of materials based on ABC rules for warehouse management.
 Classification and management of Damage and Scrap materials.
 Prepare the report of materials requirement as per production plan and forward to procurement department for procure.
 Implementation of Bin card, materials tag, for locating the stock and proper manage.
 Keeping record of all type documentations like: Tax invoice, PP, transportation moving, Nonmoving, slow moving, inventory transfer, inventory issue, or materials incoming out going and so on.
 Verification the materials consumption as per Bill of materials (BOM) And Standard operating procedure (SOP).
 Coordinating with worker for store management.

 Fully exposed to GRN preparation along with various costs involved
 Preparation of Monthly, Daily and quarterly reports as per the company standards.
 Using information management system (IMS) software.
 Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
 Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, pricing of all type’s goods.
 Dealing with supplier queries and complaints as well as handling to suppliers or vendor.
 Overseeing pricing and stock control.
 Evaluating purchased and sales availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
 Stock in or out record, purchasing, purchase entry, sales entry, expired return entry, purchased return entry, sales return entry and so on.
