Job Specification Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.At least 4 years of proven experience as a Sr. Sales Officer and previous experience in the Paints manufacturing company will be an added advantageProven ability to develop sales and marketing strategies with effective communicationAbility to develop relationships and work extensively with Dealers and Customers in the given area.Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.Should be willing to travel extensively across a designated area.Strong Presentation Skills.A Valid driving license is required.
