Job Presentation

We are seeking a Business Manager to join our team.

 

You’ll play the leading role in identifying, engaging and contracting with new commercial partners by developing relationships, building networks, and partnering with vendors to acquire maximum business connections. You’ll directly report to the Country Manager on a daily basis and the Co-founder on a weekly basis.

 

What is Sagoon?

Sagoon (Company) is incorporated in the United States, India, and Nepal - a social commerce platform, focused on gifts and coupons for socializing.

The platform has over 7 million users. Our users discover and share stories that interest them in texts, photos, and videos and earn FREE Smart Coins to shop in our partners’ stores.

 

What do you have to perform?

  • Identify Suitable business partners to achieve the company's business objectives.

  • Prepare proposals, identify opportunities and approach business Partners to develop collaborative projects and tie-ups.

  • Negotiate the best deals that give mutually beneficial results to both parties.

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including growth areas, trends, partnerships, products and services.

  • Manage high level internal and external relationships with vendors and business partners.

  • Prepare and discuss weekly reports on possible opportunities and progress made with Senior management. 

  • Work cross functionally with the growth team and discuss promotional strategy and activities.


 

 

 


 

Job Specification

What Skills do you need to possess to perform the job?

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development preferred in e-commerce

  • MBA/MBS graduate with specialization in Business/Marketing is preferred

  • A high degree of accountability and a sense of ownership toward the responsibilities assigned.

  • Knowledge of our products and services and be able to advise/pitch others about them.

  • Self motivated with proactive approach and result driven mindset

  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship building

  • Outgoing personality, Influencer, and a team player.
