Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems,Closely monitor to the staffs, tracking and maintaining attendance, maintaining payroll and manage leave of the employee according to policy and legal requirements.Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process i.e., checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates, including new staff inductions.Create and implement effective on boarding plans, developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.Develop training and development programs, dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company and reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.Assist in performance management process and undertake regular salary reviews.Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintainedAdapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity
