Job Presentation
  • Target identification and sales planning
  • Actively manage your own pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Work with the management team to prioritise prospects.
  • Sales Administration
  • Maintain updated sales records and prospect status on the CRM platform.
  • Work closely with the management team to forecast and allocate resources for new prospects, requests, and requirements.
  • Customer Support
  • Answer all questions related to Zegal and escalate when necessary
  • Educate and empower our customers to become better Zegal users
  • Proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better
  • Drive product change and improvement to make Zegal the leading support platform
  • Update and maintain CRM with engagement activities

  • Job Location: Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Nepal

    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Ability to empathise with customers in a genuine way that lets them know you care about their issues.

    • Account management experience and experience in building and nurturing longer-term relationships with clients.
    • 6 months of experience in selling to small and medium enterprises and/ or Customer Service.
