The range of Ganesh Himal can clearly be seen from Kathmandu Valley. It is composed of Ganesh I, Ganesh II, Ganesh III & Ganesh IV which have been standing in a chain form like crystal skyline. This majestic Himalayan massif is situated between the valley of the Budi Gandaki in the west and Bhote Koshi in the east. The mountain is named after the elephant-headed God “Ganesh” which is considered as a symbol of good fortune.

Trekking in this region provides ample of opportunities to observe rich flora like varieties of orchids and ferns. We would also find double Jasmine, the dense forests of Spanish Oak, Blue Pine, Rhododendron, etc. The mountain is also rich in crystals which is regarded as a valuable and precious stone. The route to the mountain passes through quite Tamang villages, hot spas, gorges and glaciers and magnificent sceneries. The Manaslu massif (8163m.) can be seen from the top of Singla. Ganesh Himal is seen to the northwest and at other side looms Langtang Himal.
