Dispensing Sampling Booths
We manufacture a qualitative range of Sampling booths that are ideal for weighting and dispensing of critical pharmaceutical and other powders. These sampling booths provide a down flow of HEPA filtered clean air which creates a clean environment when the powder is being disposed by sucking the powdered fumes as the air bound powder gets trapped in the suction filter at the bottom ans protects the workers who are working in that area.
Specifications:
Type: Recirculated type or Exhaust Type.
Material of Construction: SS double skin wall and filter in aluminum frame, structure SS and wall acrylic, structure MS powder coated, wall acrylic and filter in aluminum frame or complete aluminum structure.
Filter: Mini pleat HEPA filter in supply and Fine filter in return air.
Pressure Drop: Magnehelic gauge provided.
Controller: Motor On /off Indication, speed controller for motor provided.
Light: Light and addition 15 A point is provide in booth.
Air Flow Rate: 0.45 0.1 m/s.
Grille: Perforated Grills.
