CONSTRUCTION
The outer chamber, inner chambers & lid are made of stainless steel. The double walled unit is equipped with efficient & sturdy radial locking system & paddle lifting arrangement. The unit is equipped with high safety devices like pressure control switch, musical alarm, timer, low water cut off etc, which ensure safe working of the unit.
LID
Lid is made of thick stainless steel duly polished and is equipped with very efficient & sturdy radial locking system,
Pressure gauge, safety valves,
PRESSURE STAT
Pressure stat is provided to control the pressure. When pressure reaches at the pre – set point, element will switch off automatically and pressure falls, when pressure reaches at the pre - set low point then heater starts again automatically.
The unit can be operated at any selected point 5 to 20 pounds per sq. inch
PENAL BOARD
There are two indicators provided . in which one is red called main other is green called line indicator
On – off switch, cord and plug of 15 amp three pin top electric 220 / 240 volts
One switch Is provided for the musical bell above the timer
The timer is provided to set the timer for sterilization
