Question for Etihad Airways

I am travelling to the UK towards the end of June, and I have a painting that cannot be rolled up, so I would like to take it in the frame itself. The dimensions are 103 X 118 cm. How can I arrange for it to be a carry along luggage? Also, how would you suggest I wrap the painting?
