Question for National Institute of Neurological & Allied Sciences (Neuro Hospital)

My hands always shakes when i am doing work. I am a doing my bachelors in hotel management it is now getting a big problem for me. It's not because of i'm terrified. I can't stop while doing work. Though how much i try but it doesn't stop i need some suggestion what can be the solution???
