Question for Acupuncture Clinic

I got a muscles problem first time my left side of muscles too much...before 7 month ago then I check up lot of hospital but the doctor said I nothing wrong with me then I start taking medicine but medicine doesn't work..also my pain is increased now my two side of muscles too much pain I dnt know what to do?? Am very worried
