Review of Jet Airways

I have tried to contact the local Jet Airways office in Kathmandu for several hours now. The 3 phone numbers that they have provided has a voice message about their working hours. Then a voice says "memory full" and silence. It has been impossible to contact the Jet Airways local office in Kathmandu. Is there any way to contact this office without having to physically drive to their location? Would the Jet Airways India management please look into this matter and ensure that the local Jet Airways office in Kathmandu is contactable by phone. Thank you.
