Reviews of Heian Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. - Kathmandu

I am sorry but I have worked 3 times with these guys and I had problems all of them. First one of them cannot even peak English properly and sometimes I had to wonder if he could never understand my requests or made believe he couldn't so that he wouldn't ave to work. Extra charges because of credit card payments are highly against the law, but they do it all the time. My last trip to Nepal was a disaster, because from there I went to Bhutan and Heian Treks failed all the time regarding my instructions. Basically these guys are only 2 scoundrels getting easy money for the work they are even able to accomplish and that's the truth. You old never trust the and bear in mind they would tell you any lies so that things will be managed their way and NEVER yours. Now I work with other agencies and do not have the problems I had before with these guys of Heian Treks. My first trip with them, when I paid for a car to take me to Lumbini, their driver still took a lady from any village have the way as a courtesy. I find all these things very questionable and the best way to travel to Nepal is to forget Heian Treks...it bothers me that these guys know they are not being honest but they keep on trying again and again. I know other people who had their trips ruined because of them, but they are still on the market unfortunately.
