I am an EU Diplomat and have called every single weekend because I have Internet connection problems. I call every weekend and the situation is not improving. Today I call again and the employee hangs up twice the phone after I explain the situation to him. I am very disappointed. Nobody is picking up the phone on a Saturday at 10 am.
