My touchpad is not working in windows 10. I want some review about my problem and also the detial about the store and exchange offer.

My acer laptop synaptics has not been working since the second day I bought my laptop .I thought it would work but it didn't so I showed it to te place where I bought it. They checked it but how many times they checked they never resolve fully . They always say it takes time not giving permanent solutions I have no other idea how to solve it
