This is the worst courier service I have seen. No responsibility and neither humanity.please please don't use this courier service in your life.

this is not how you provide service to your customer .if you cant talk properly to your customer then please close your company because it's intolerable now .your employees dont even know how to talk .please educate them first .if you cant provide proper service then you should be informing us before hand .

I sent document From Nepalgunj to Janakpur on falgun 03 till this date document is not delivered.
