Stay Away

Sovakar has a scale that adds kg to your packages and will overcharge. When you look up the tracking and the correct weight is shown he will not refund your money. Not even smart. I'm looking to do long term repeat business and he burns the bridge for only a few bucks.

Oh I wish I saw your review before using him to mail my package. His scale showed 6,5 kg, and the tracking says 3. I think it’s set up to pounds not kilos. What a scambag!

This company charged me 2500 ruppee for a single way ticket from pokhara to Kathmandu. Luxury was promised. A 17 seater with air conditioning and seatbelts. Mr Sovakhar Tiwari brought me to the bus personally and I saw him handing a 500 rupee note to the driver. While the time was passing the mini van got busier and busier. With 24 people on board instead of the promised 17.

When I called Sovakhar Tiwari to make a complaint he pretended he couldn't understand me and after several attempt he just stopped answering the phone.

Sovakhar Tiwari Congratulations, you earned decent money with this trick of yours, but please realize that companies who make such business usually won't survive long.

* you charged 5 times the initial price, it is ridiculous.
