I met Dipendra Simkhada in Nepal in September 2005 on a hiking trip. I sought a guide to help me complete The Aanpurna Circuit and the company he worked for assigned him to me. We spent nearly a month together and he proved to be an excellent guide and a great companion. He was very knowledgeable of the areas we passed through and very diligent in the care and attention he showed me throughout my visit. He even invited to spend Dasain, Nepali?s most important festival with his family and Friends after my hiking trip was over. This young man is honest, kind and willing to take on any responsibilities put in front of him. He uses his initiative and excellent communication skills. It is a shame his talents are not being put to better use but the economic and political situation in Nepal has made it difficult for him to do so. I have no hesitation in recommending him to you.

We had an amazing time trekking in the Everest region and I would like to thank everyone at Simrik Real Nepal for making it possible. Nothing quite prepares you for the beauty of the Himalayas until you arrive and see it for yourself, but I found the friendliness and helpfulness of the Simrik staff very pleasing. Before leaving they took the time to explain everything in detail so we would be fully informed of what we could expect. I would highly recommend anyone to experience what we did as it is an immense experience.
