My wife's brother has cased a file against her sick Dad for his share on property. Her Dad is a kidney patient so he can not fight case for a long period but he want to handed over that case to his daughters (2) after his death. Both of them are married. Is that possible ?? What will be procedures? Or if we gave you that case, can we play & make it win for his father ?
