Shree yoga retreat in Nepal !
We did model yoga and meditation retreat for 7 days. The yoga course was great fro us with nice foods.
The time table was a bit busy but it was really nice to attend different yoga classes one by one. We had really great experience of yoga. Thank you Shreesh for your kind effort and teaching. We will come back again. Namaste !!!

Shree yoga in Nepal
I did 7 days Natural cleansing and detox. It was great experience for me. The yoga classes were so nice, the food was yummy!, the accommodation was basic, the view was perfect.

First three days were normal yoga and food then fasting starts with apples and honey water, which was interesting and fun sometime. The last day was quite hard for me but Shree made that easy and comfortable.
The meditation practices were so relaxing.

The price was very convenient for me. I also did sunrise one day, which was so good.
I felt so light, clean and peace after the yoga course.
Overall, my experience at shree yoga was unbelievable and life changing.
I will come back again.
