I am very benefited after taking yoga and meditation courses from this Pathik Foundation located at Satungal, Kathmandu, Nepal. My health improved and I became more confident and focused about aim in my life. I am very happy and live with feeling of gratitude and thankfulness after taking classes from this meditation center. I feel that this is my new life with new vision, filled with great enthusiasm towards my tasks and responsibilities.
