Sir I have my driving licence and an extract of my driving history that I obtained from yatayat, ekantakuna. Can I get it notarised please and if so, how long will it take and cost? Thank u.

Sir I need marital status how can I get this paper without being Nepal because I'm out of Nepal right now, is that possible?

I think you have asked martial status about unmarriedness. If you are unmarried you can get a unmarried certificate from your ward office. Your any family members may request for the certificate by submitting an application on your behalf. These days they are providing the certificate in English version too.
