Question for Patanjali Ayurveda Kendra Pvt. Ltd.

I am Nepali, but I live in Italy, my mother in law have illness of multiple sclerosis from 2 yr. I will Be great full if you have any Medicean for this illness. Resently I start giving her silagit, is that good or not for this illness? I will desperately wait for you answer.
