Review of Express Mail Service (EMS)

I don't even want to give 1 star . This ems is one of the worst service you can use out there . They won't update in website so you basically have no idea where your staff is ? Recently I have Oder bridal dress from Nepal and the boutique happen to use this service it literally took more than a week to get deliver and nothing was showing in website so I have no idea where my staff was .fedex , ups and other service deliver in 3 days . Avoid the ems if you can .
