Review Delayed and worst service ever

My first flight with Guna from simara to kathmandu which I found the very worst flight ever as well as the stand. The flight was delayed for 2 hours and I missed my emergency hospital appointment. The staffs were also very rude when I asked upon the situation.i wouldn't recommend anyone to get into this service ever.
Bullshit in fact.
